Having spent a number of years in a practice Caroline qualified as a Solicitor in 2003, practising exclusively in family law. In her early career she developed and established a thriving family law practice in the North West. She joined Whiting & Mason as a Senior Solicitor in 2011. Caroline is now a Partner in the firm and Head of Family Law.
She has extensive experience in all areas of family law with a particular interest in the financial matters following divorce and separation with an emphasis on medium to high net worth matters including business and high value pension assets.
Caroline is also regularly instructed in cohabitation disputes and children matters. Her personal and sensible approach means that she is regularly recommended by her clients and other professionals.
