Joanne C Potts

Having qualified as a Solicitor in 1987, Jo has spent her entire professional career at Whiting & Mason Solicitors. As a consequence, she is very well regarded by clients and professionals who return to her year after year. She has developed a significant local practice and specialises in Wills, complex Probate (including Contentious Probate matters) and Lasting Powers of Attorney matters.

Jo oversees the continuing development of the firm. Her focus is the firm’s delivery of high quality, bespoke legal services to Whiting & Mason Solicitors’ loyal and ever growing client base.
