Richard has practised as a Solicitor for over 25 years and is Head of Probate Law in the firm. For many years, he has specialised in Probate matters, helping a wide variety of clients arrange the affairs of someone who has recently passed away. He has considerable expertise and experience assisting clients during the often distressing and complex process of dealing with a family member or loved one’s Estate. Richard’s priority is to ensure that clients and their cases are treated with sensitivity, whilst providing an efficient and effective service.

Richard administers all manner of Estates from simple, low value matters to complex, high value Estates involving a multitude of assets.
