Position: Commercial Property Assistant
Location: Marple Office
Salary: Dependant on Experience
Hours: Preferably Full Time – 9 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday
Qualifications: No professional qualifications are required for this role. Good communication and IT skills are essential. A basic knowledge of the law in Commercial Property and the differences between Residential and Commercial transactions is essential.
Job Description: We are looking to recruit a Commercial Property Assistant to work closely with our Head of Department and the wider team. Applicants need to have had some practical experience in dealing with all types of property transactions but in particular: Commercial Conveyancing, Landlord and Tenant, and Commercial Lending. This will be a varied role including numerous tasks to ensure the smooth running of transactions but some of the main duties will include:
